Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with OpenTrainFlow Pro. If you're not happy with your subscription, you can request a refund as described below.

Refund Requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or most recent subscription renewal. All refund requests are submitted to Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who processes and approves refunds in accordance with their Buyer Terms.

How to Request a Refund

We will forward your request to Paddle for review. Paddle aims to process refund requests promptly. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

What Happens to My Account

When a refund is issued, your Pro subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan. Your workout data and history are never deleted — you retain access to everything you logged.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record and is responsible for payment processing, refund approvals, and billing compliance. If you have a billing dispute that we cannot resolve, you may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.com.
